State Route 166 Black Road Intersection Improvements

Project Description

The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG), in coordination with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), is proposing to improve the intersection control and operations at the intersection of State Route (SR) 166 and Black Road approximately 2 miles west of the City of Santa Maria, Santa Barbara County.

Project Purpose

The purpose of the project is to improve traffic operations and to be consistent with existing and planned local development at the Black Road/SR 166 intersection.
