Labor Compliance Posters
In California, all employers are required to post the California Civil Rights Department's poster "California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment" CRD-E07P-ENG (PDF)/CRD-E07P-SP (PDF) and the California Department of Industrial Relations’ poster “Payday Notice” DSLE 8 (PDF).
To obtain a free copy of the poster "California Law Prohibits Workplace Discrimination and Harassment" or other publications go to the California Civil Rights Department's Web site for details.
Visual inspection of posters listed below is required at jobsite within 30 days of the start of work. Forward the completed checklist (Contractor Bulletin Board Inspection) to the District or Region Labor Compliance Office.
