ATP Cycle 7 Call-for-Projects
ATP Cycle 7 is expected to include about $568M made up of Federal, State SB1, and State Highway Account (SHA) funding. The funding/programming years include the 25/26, 26/27, 27/28, and 28/29 fiscal years.The following schedule lists the anticipated major milestones for the development and adoption of the 2025 ATP Cycle 7:

ATP Cycle 7 Application
The ATP application now uses the Submittable website platform. Please refer to the CTC's ATP website for additional information and frequently asked questions. There are nine different applications based on project type and total costs. Select the appropriate application based on the project types and cost thresholds described in the guidelines.
