Section 504/Title II ADA Training
The Caltrans Division of Local Assistance developed a webinar for Local Public Agencies (LPAs) to administratively implement Section 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This webinar provides LPAs with administrative Title II of the ADA and Section 504 requirements to ensure public right-of-way roadways and pedestrian facilities do not discriminate based on disabilities in any highway transportation program, activity, service, or benefit provided to the general public.

The Caltrans Division of Local Assistance developed a webinar for Local Public Agencies (LPAs) to administratively implement Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Grievance Procedure. This training provides LPAs with administrative Title II of the ADA to ensure local governments with 50 or more employees are required to adopt and publish procedures for resolving grievances.
